Presentation Guideline
Regular Presentation
Here are the important instructions for preparing your presentation in Regular sessions:
1. There will be eleven regular sessions, divided into three tracks running in parallel as scheduled. Please check your time to present.
2. Each paper will be given 25 minutes for oral presentation (20 min. talk + 5 min. QA).
3. The presenters must bring a PPT (or PDF) file in a USB and submit to the session chair 10 minutes before the session starts.
Short Presentation
Here are the important instructions for preparing your presentation in Short sessions:
1. In Regular sessions (2, 5, 8, and 11), there will be short presentations as scheduled. Please check your time to present.
2. Each paper will be given 15 minutes for oral presentation (10 min. talk + 5 min. QA).
3. The presenters must bring a PPT (or PDF) file in a USB and submit to the session chair 10 minutes before the session starts.
Poster Presentation
Here are the important instructions for preparing your presentation in Poster sessions:
1. The entire poster session will be presented in the 2nd floor lobby running in parallel on Feb. 14th (Day2)
2. Thus, the presenters must bring your poster to be attached on the board of the lobby. The recommended size of a poster is 90cm(Width) x 120cm(Height).
3. Before the poster session, the presenters need to attach their posters on the designated places of the board, that is, the posters should be pinned or stick with tapes on the board around.
